Eventful Weekend....

I can say that the previous weekend has been really packed for me... real packed.. I have to say kinda like non-stop.. I seriously need to sleep.. and what the hell am I still doin here online at 12:28am showing on my computer screen... dang... ok ok.. but I still wanna finish up this entry... hehehe...

So, what have I been doin... 1st thing was that I went for SHAPE workshop with my cuz, Ry and Mich bright and early on Sat morning... it's a health workshop for the ladies organised by SHAPE magazine and I guess True Fitness cos it's held at True Fitness @ Seksyen 13, PJ...

Imagine 4 zombies having a workout so damn early in the morning.. serve the 4 of us right.. for me.. got home from work the nite before at almost 2am.. and still refuse to go to bed.. stucked my face in front of the telly watching astro WLT.. 4 of us practically only had like 3-4 hours of sleep... to be able to reach there by 8.45am... and to call it a workshop on healthy lifestyle... *blek*.. I think we really need this workshop.. haha.. Anyway, one tip to share with everyone so that everyone can start off living healthily is to have a good breakfast every morning... spare some time for breakfast.. make sure it's balance with protein, high-fibre.. etc.. all the good stuff la.. i can hardly remember cos brains was half functioning at that time.. hehehe..

But then I have to say that this workshop was really worth it... for RM30.. you get all these goodies.. and light healthy breakfast was provided as well.. what more can we ask for... plus free shower..

Anyway, I did win a lucky draw.. It's a complimentary 3 months membership... they announce my name right after I turn around telling my cousin that I don't want this.. so.. how lucky can one get..

Ry on the other hand won a year supply of Quaker Oats.. hehe.. ok ok.. maybe I wouldn't want that either.. but the cereals does look pretty yummy..

So, anyway.. after a healthy session.. we went to have chicken rice at Jalan Gasing... hahaha.. what a "healthy" option..

2nd event of the day.. Merdeka Millenium Endurance (MME) Race at our very own Sepang Circuit.. this event is held every year in conjunction with our Merdeka celebration.. it's a 12 hour race.. to not on test the car's speed but also the endurance level... My ex-boss participates in this race every single year.. those were the days I used to help him out for the race.. getting sponsors, arranging stuff, etc... I brought my cuzzy there to kepoh kepoh ler.. we got in with paddock passes.. hehe.. our team is the G-1 JPM.. they have 2 cars... 1 Nissan Skyline and 1 Porsche.. no pics of the Porsche though.. cos didn't manage to catch it when it pits in.. they were actually leading in their class but they met with an accident.. got banged by the overall No. 1 car.. and had to be repaired for more than an hour.. wasted wasted... Anyway, didn't stay that long cos cuzzy have to get to work already.. And so.. sent her home and I head to the Jazz Festival at Mon't Kiara... It was really pretty good.. I can't really remember the name of the band that was playing.. obviously.. first was Sharizan.. 2nd I really can't remember.. paiseh ar.. you know me and my "good" memory one la.. hehe.. but then they were really good..

After it ended, we made our way to Bojangles @ Sri Hartamas.. they have a band playing there.. pretty good.. and......... a bottle of whiskey..

Then here comes Sunday morning.. after also another 3-4 hours of sleep.. got up bright and early again and head to One U.. crazy ar?? never go One U before mer?? so kiasu have to go so early in the morning ar?? well, went there for this...

Living with Ika, Serena C and Pietro... for 3 freaking weeks... Shit.. what did the 3 of us get ourselves into? Anyway, this is an important thing for me for this 3 weeks.. shall post another entry especially on this.. Do tune in.. cos I seriously need help..

Anyway, hangout at One U for the entire day.. even caught a movie with it.. Perfect Stranger.. by Halle Berry (I love her.. I think she is real sexy and cool.. ada style) and Bruce Willis..(I like him too.. most of his movies are pretty good)... well, I think it's supposed to be a thriller.. but then it's actually not as thrilling as the the poster.. I mean nothing much to really make you hold in your breath for a few minutes.. heart starts pumping a little faster or anything like that.. but then I think the story line is pretty good.. at least it's an unexpected twist.. Overall, I would say it's pretty okay..

After that.. gotta meet up with my bunch of frens.. cos "dugong" came down from Sabah for the weekend.. so.. gotta meet up with him.. having to fetch my "3 new frens" in the car.. dugong have no choice but to squeeze himself at the back seat... hehehe.. Went for BKT... so long didn't have that already... unfortunately gotta leave my 3 new frens at home.. they made me choose whether to go with my 3 frens or the 4 of them.. dang... tough choice.. ya rite.. (50k vs 4 silly ppl.. how tough can that be??) more like not much choice.. hehe.. Anyway, went to Station 1, Cheras for a drink after that.. haven't been there for ages.. too bad there wasn't a singing session that day.. too bad.. Anyway, it was good fun getting to make fun of "dugong"... it has been since so long ago.. so.. pick a guess.. who looks more like a dugong??.. definitely not the pretty chick standing at the back on the left.. hahahaha....
